Should not be used on the face. Do not use the medication for longer periods of time.
It contains clobetasol which when used in higher doses and for longer periods can cause a change in the skin color, at the site of the application. Veins beneath the skin become visible because of thinning and weakening of the skin. There could be an increased hair growth. The medicine may get absorbed into the blood and can cause weight gain, high blood pressure and rounding of the face.

Mode of Action
This is a combination of four medicines: Terbinafine, Clobetasol, Ofloxacin and Ornidazole, which treats skin infections.
Terbinafine is a allylamine derivative that has a wide spectrum of antifungal activity against pathogens of the skin, hair, and nails. It acts by inhibiting squalene epoxidase, the main enzyme responsible for fungal sterol synthesis. Thus, resulting to ergosterol deficiency, leading to membrane disruption and cell death. It is active against dermatophytes, moulds, and certain dimorphic fungi.
Clobetasol is a very potent corticosteroid used in short-term treatment of various inflammatory skin conditions. Corticosteroids decrease inflammation by stabilizing leukocyte lysosomal membranes, preventing release of destructive acid hydrolases from leukocytes; inhibiting macrophage accumulation in inflamed areas; reducing leukocyte adhesion to capillary endothelium; reducing capillary wall permeability and edema formation; decreasing complement components; antagonizing histamine activity and release of kinin from substrates; and reducing fibroblast proliferation, collagen deposition, and subsequent scar tissue formation.
Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone which inhibits bacterial topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase enzymes required for DNA replication, transcription, repair, transposition and recombination. It has antibacterial activity against a wide range of gm-ve and gm-+ve microorganisms.
Ornidazole is a 5-nitroimidazole derivative active against protozoa and anaerobic bacteria. It is converted to reduction products that interact with DNA to cause destruction of helical DNA structure and strand leading to a protein synthesis inhibition and cell death in susceptible organisms.
